Order Processing & Invoicing

Our team verifies the order, prepares the sales invoice, and schedules the order for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements.

Pharmacist Verification

A qualified pharmacist verifies the order, ensuring the correct product, strength, batch number, and expiry date are selected while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Picking, Checking & Packing

Products are carefully picked from our temperature-controlled warehouse following FEFO/FIFO principles. Every order undergoes a final quality check before being securely packed.

Cold Chain Transportation

Temperature-sensitive products are transported in validated temperature-controlled vehicles, ensuring product integrity is maintained throughout the delivery process.

Safe & Timely Distribution

Orders are delivered promptly to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions across Karachi, with proof of delivery and complete traceability.
